On Saturday, went for shg training session conducted by Wayne. Through the sharing session I believe we all have learned more about various approaches & techniques to mentoring and also understanding of children’s behaviors. =)
Looking ahead, there is so much to gain from my third year in shg. As per Wayne, how much you gain from volunteerism depends on how much time and effort you put in. Indeed.
