It was my third trip to Bangkok shopping and hence I got little surprises here. I didn’t buy much cos I still have stocks of clothes I bought from my first trip from BBK in my cupboard unworn. Although I din buy much, I still hv an additional bag to contain my shopping grabs. Erps! Contradicting yah! *Erps!
- Shopping Spree at Pratunum and Platinum Mall -
-Sum Luam Night Market-
It’s a cooling and neat place to shop. Bargaining is an essential skill to have unless you wanna be Mr. Robert.
-Patpong Night Market-
A messy chaotic place for hanky panky. Luckily, ps & I were with the guys… save them the trouble of shunning away from the ‘friendly girls’.
Aside, look at the line up of ‘ladies’ to the left…
Roof Top Bar
We went to chill out on the 83rd storey of Baiyoke Sky… Sipping our cocktail and relaxing against the beautiful night skyline.
Pass them their little pressie and had a toast for this successful trip we had. I cannot imagine doing this with anyone else. Everyone seems to blend into the group with an important role to play.
Peishan: My dear roomie, the sweetest little girl. This girl is always buying presents for her family & friends! Very very sweet! *hee! Really enjoyed the late night ‘HTHT’ with her~ if not for my old age and the need to sleep early~ we could have chatted through the night! =) A great travel companion who is game for anything we decide to do and she is always warning me of the roaming dogs around! Sweet! =)
Weizhi: He is our first class, most trustworthy driver! This trip would not have been possible if not for him and his superb driving. Trust me, he is phenomenal!
And he is a great photographer too!! Thanks to him for all the pretty waterfall shots! He is one man who is game for anything presented to him! I would say he always push me beyond my limits.
He loves to disturb me when I’m shopping! I think that’s his new hobby from the trip~ He gave VERY random opinion on the hat to buy, the top to choose, the colour, the design… *haha! Entertaining but misleading at times! *haha! You had been a really great travel companion! Cheers! =)
Zhihao: Our navigator, Central Bank and my shopping PA. =) His map reading ability and great sense of direction brought us to places and gave us a worry-free experiences.
I was ‘seemingly drunk’ (cos I’m NOT!! But they insist I was! I was still sober… just a little tipsy~ that’s all!) and he entertained me while I was ‘drunk’… *haha! According to them, I talk non-stop and keep walking around in the hotel room when I’m drunk! *haha! Sounds really stupid la! *erps…
My shopping PA… carrying my shopping bag giving me opinion while we shop our way through the mini shops in Platinum and Chatuchak! Very sweet of a guy really! =)
Wei Guo: The part-time driver and entertainer. He makes us laugh with his many classic moments. The way he took picture of the dogs instead of us when we were all posed up. The way he slipped and fall when we were climbing the Mae Ya Fall. It’s painful but he made it so funny la! *haha! His funny random comments just inject energy into the lethargic us! =)
Me aka Sheriff: I’m their Alarm Clock and Nanny… always the first to wake up and whining for someone to watch sunrise with me. *haha! I’m also the one who gets to choose the best seat, the best bed and always having (most) things done the way I want it. (Both in and out of the Bang! game… *haha!) I added ‘most’ cos sometimes they took action before I can process my thoughts~ like the walk on the bamboo bridge and drive to Chom Thong~ And both, I did not regret doing at all!
I wanna sleep on the lower bed on the train and I insist on taking the side with the sunrise. I always take the comfy front passenger seat. =) I really wanna thank all of them for always giving into me even though I might be unreasonable at times. *opps! I hope not yah! *wink!
I cannot imagine sharing this experience with anyone else but them.
Thanks all for the wonderful experience! =)
*A toast to our successful trip!*
