Super random

Movies like to make use of pregnant silence to convey emotions that audience have to explore & identify with so as to appreciate. But making assumption that the average movie goers have the ability to comprehend may be an overstated one- so, in the end, people walk out of the cinema feeling puzzled and curse for the lost time and money wasted.

Global warming- an urgently highlighted issue. It’s definitely a challenge for us, human to change as behaviors are not easy to manipulate without discipline & (perceived) incentive. Policies maybe implemented but understanding from the people is necessary for it to hit the ground running.

‘We have not inherited the earth from our fathers.

We are borrowing it from our children.’

I was watching a documentary featuring indigenous people living in remote areas on earth. That makes me think of what dear angela & i discussed over ice-cream sometime ago... Maybe life is really a massive play written- making it very much a planned path for one to uncover. I refuse to buy this theory at first as i'm a strong believer that one’s fate lies only in one’s hand...

The fact that any individual is affected largely by nature & nurture. Both of which are largely destined at birth. One can’t choose the family nor parents, (in poverty or educated?) neither can one choose the country, culture one is born in. (minority, urban or rural?) I can’t help but to sway towards the idea of a destined life. but, I’m still in search of other perspectives.

but again- so what if it's planned?
