I bought a new watch!! I was ultra hyped up at first... after which, the reality of one-digit drop in my bank account hit me hard. But then again, I like it and it was a good bargain!! Below $150! *wink

I convinced myself that I need an elegant sophisticated watch- an upgrade from my casual collection… so now I have 7 watches, 3 Guess, 3 Swatch & a Fossil.

Taking a practical perspective, one person can only wear one watch at one point in time- which means my 6 other watches will be ticking away at home and serve little functional purpose since no one is watching it. However, a watch compliments the attire and the person will be totally screwed with the wrong accessories to hold the look! with that, the more the merrier!

Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End is indeed a blockbuster with spectacular effects & sets which makes it cinema-worthy. But the plot is really crappy!! Losta pirates knowledge is required to catch the subtle links to the first 2 movies~ and it seem like they want to jam pack everything they could brainstorm into this final movie… you have a pirate congress with multinational captains (apparently, they symbolize famous pirates in history), a crappy solemnization in between a fight… *faint

btw, the Singapore sets were created in view of how Singapore was like back then- the narrow pathway, kampong style with everything on stilts… I was wondering whether ang-mo watching it will really think that there are pirates in Singapore?
