“You r a Witch!”

What am I to say when little daryl called me that? I was thinking… izzit a ‘B’ or ‘W’? And luckily Lejun said it was a ‘W’! =) Not as bad~

Daryl can be so entertaining to observe but a challenge to tutor. He simply refuses to follow instruction & when you attempt to scold him, he will give you his ‘million dollar smile’.

And when he fail to win you over with that smile, he’ll label you with the meanest word he can think of~ names like ‘monster’, ‘Dr Evil’ and recently, ‘a witch’.

Actually, I don’t mind being a witch if I can make objects fly like Piper & teleport like the charm ones… then I can teleport to client’s place and not be stuck in the endless jam. But according to weizhi, it’s against the law of conservation of mass yea? *hummz~

Having worked late hours recently, Gwen is beginning to have limited patience & ridiculous temper. *Sighz* I din wan my kids to receive such unfair treatment, so I passed them to Zixin after teaching them for half a session. *Gwen wants kids to be taught with love & passion and is angry with herself for not being able to. *=/

Why are you doing this when you are in audit?
A couple of seniors and manager asked me this question. It’s just not easy to stay in this commitment when one is an auditor. And gwen will be very depressed when she have to work on Saturdays and she will charge full for all job that make her work on Saturdays~ *hee!

I’m actually 3 years into this volunteering mentor program… time flies~ really!! Simply put, I'm attracted to the innocence of the kids and the ability to give makes me feel like I really exist. Having being exposed to this unkind world of working, the weekly encounter with them makes me realize how simple life actually is. They make me feel younger~ and remind me of who I was and who I am now.

We intended to have dinner with Ms Ng b4 she fly for Indonesia but unfortunately she aren’t feeling well and hence we cancelled it as the guys are all busy mugging anyway. Nevertheless, the girls went out to catch up and chill out. =) I can't remember when is the last time I laughed so hard and talked so much~ *hee!

It’s a blessing to have them in my life.
